Peter Gilling Holmium laser enucleation of prostate demonstration

Darren Foreman convened an operative demonstration of holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) at the Repatriation General Hospital on 30/10/2008 by Peter Gilling. Peter visited from Tauranga, New Zealand, and is responsible for the development of this technique used for surgery on enlarged and obstructing prostates. The demonstration consisted of 3 operations and was attended by 14 local Urologists.
