I graduated with distinction from the University of Adelaide in1980, including a distinction in the individual subjects of
both medicine and surgery, and then entered the surgical training program. I was awarded my fellowship in Urological surgery in 1990 and subsequently
worked and studied for 2 years at the Institute of Urology, London where I furthered my skills in both major urological surgery and also the minimally
invasive techniques now widely used in the management of kidney stone problems.
In 1992, I returned to Adelaide and entered private practice at the current address. I am also a senior visiting consultant urologist at The Queen
Elizabeth Hospital, Woodville and involved in the ongoing development of the new undergraduate curriculum for The University of Adelaide Medical
School.
I am happy to see and manage any adult patients with a urological problem. My particular interests and expertise lie in the management of prostate
cancer and other urinary tumours, the treatment of voiding problems in men and the treatment of kidney stones. |
